Founded by Waymon—known to most as “Way”—the brand is rooted in years of hands-on experience in kitchens where wings were more than just food; they were a craft. From early days working in high-volume restaurants to mastering the art of flavor, Way developed a deep understanding of what makes great wings stand out.
Ways Wings & Wraps was built to be different. We don’t just serve fried chicken—we focus on elevating every bite. Our food is made fresh, never frozen, and prepared using a canola-coconut oil blend to keep it lighter without sacrificing taste. Instead of heavy, greasy coatings, we rely on dry herbs, aromatics, and house-made spice blends to infuse bold, layered flavor into everything we create.
Our approach is also shaped by a culinary foundation that blends Italian and American influences, bringing a unique twist to classic wings and wraps. From how our food is seasoned to how it’s wrapped and presented, every detail is intentional—because we believe you eat with your eyes first, and every dish should tell a story.
We take pride in doing things from scratch. All of our sauces are made in-house, and we use raw-sourced Acacia honey as a natural binder—bringing a smooth, balanced sweetness that enhances flavor without overpowering it.
Behind the scenes, Way is joined by his partner Marcus, the creative force behind many of our signature spice blends. Together, their chemistry, shared vision, and dedication to quality form the backbone of Ways Wings & Wraps.
